Decals for The Interstate Railroad’s distinctive diesels, in black (#83), are available in S-scale.  These colorful locomotives were highlighted in Model Railroader’s Paint Shop column of January, 1994.

Each set does up to three locomotives.  The decals include 3 pairs of road names, and 10 sets of road numbers (30 through 39) for both sides and ends of these Also RS-3 diesels.
